hi, my name is Irene and I am a neat freak, writer, wife and mother of two.

I love taking pictures with my Polaroid cameras.

I also love sipping chai tea latte, Converse shoes, knitting, CSI: Vegas and ziploc bags. I know how to edit a movie, the old-fashioned way, make a mean carrot cake, can't wear thong underwear or walk in heels. I have a weakness for super heroes and collect notebooks.

I am a contributing writer for Shutter Sisters, Kimchi Mamas, The Bilingual/Bicultural Family Network and The Parenting Weblog. when I was not tripping over legos or jumping in and out of the shower to wipe bottoms or end a fight, I used to write for ParentDish (formerly Blogging Baby).

I am currently working on a photo book project.

we live in Paris with our dog, a Maltese named Finn.
